Party Sizes and Pricing
A party with up to 5 participants is $300 (sliding scale available). Each additional child is $30. If you are planning to have more than 10 participants I will hire a teacher-witch friend to support during the party. Pricing is based on number of planned participants as stated at the booking time. I can typically accommodate a request for a bigger party after booking so long as I have at least a week’s notice.
How Did I Determine My Pricing?
I spend around $10-$20 for supplies per participant (single use take home materials, this does not include the many materials I wash and reuse to reduce waste). It takes me between 7-10 hours of preparation per party. Additionally, these beautiful and highly engaging activities have taken me well over 300 hours to create, and are embedded with developmentally appropriate literacy, social/emotional, sensory, and creative elements. My activity design and delivery is informed by a master degree in the art of teaching, a bachelor degree in elementary education and early childhood development, and 8 years of experience teaching preschool through 3rd grade. It is important to me that my parties are accessible to any child who wants to celebrate their special day with the Party Witch, regardless of their family’s income. For this reason I offer a sliding scale determined by what you are able to pay. I always put 110% into my parties, and pride myself on the quality of what I provide.
